Scrumptious local breakfasts
Sandrine prepares homemade yogurts and compotes and has selected the crème de la crème of local producers. For example, jams and honeys come from the Route Gourmande des Basques, apple juice from the hills of the Basque Country, bread and viennoiseries are fresh from the ovens of the best bakery in Bidart… 
Breakfast is served at the large table in the P’tit Salon lounge. If you prefer, breakfast can also be served outdoors, on the lounge’s terrace, in the shade of the big pine tree.

Sweet Breakfast
Included in the price of the room.
Here is a taster of our typical sweet breakfast menu: bread, cake or viennoiserie, fruit juice, hot beverage (hot chocolate or tea or coffee), homemade yogurt or compote, fresh fruit, butter, honey, jam.
Optional Savoury Breakfast
10 euros per person, per day
In addition to the sweet breakfast, enjoy a selection of high-quality savoury products, all 100% Basque (Cold cuts, brebis cheese, organic eggs and bread).
